of Songwriters and Independent Recording Artists, covering all styles from Folk
to Country, Blues, Rock, Jazz and World Music

Members are profiled in the magazine and their CDs reviewed by independent writers. We also welcome regular news of member's musical activities for the editorial pages. The magazine has been published for over 10 years and is distributed widely throughout the UK and overseas to Record Labels, Studios, DJs, Agents and Promoters, as well as being on general sale to the public through bookstalls, music shops and venues. All members receive a copy each month.
Artist Promotion In
addition to the above, members can have a CD they have produced included in the
independent Artists section of the Music Maker website with a profile page and
audio track or link to their own website. This guarantees that more people in
the music business have the opportunity to visit your own website.
Tracks from CDs are included in the compliation discs we send produce for promotion, which are mailed to promoters, agents, record labels, radio presenters and industry A and R peple.
Your CDs may be
included in the online and printed catalogue we publish for direct sale by you.
We take no commission for this service.
Tracks from your CDs
will be included in the web Radio programmes.
If you do not have a
website you will have an immediate web presence through the MMA. We also create
personal websites for members.
We hold a huge
database of people in the Music Business and in short the MMA is a meeting
point for Songwriters, Musicians and the Music industry.
